This circular rack features a base/frame and display rail that are constructed from .5” W x 1.5”H rectangular tubing and adjustable levelers on the feet of the base. The adjustable levelers allow the rack to be leveled on an uneven surface but can also be taken off and replaced with 3/8” threaded casters to convert the rack into a rolling display.
