Can I purchase items not listed on your site?
If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site. Please contact us here , or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and availability information. Please allow 2–3 days for pricing and availability quotes on these items.
Do you have a local distributor close to me that I can get it from?
At this time, we only have locations in GA, CA, PA and NJ. Not all items are available in all locations. Please contact us for availability and to arrange pick up.
Do you ship internationally?

Where is ProductDisplaySolutions.com located?
ProductDisplaySolutions main office is in Atlanta, GA. We also ship from warehouse in NJ, CA and PA.
Where does my order ship from?
Our main ship form location is Atlanta GA but we also ship from NJ, CA and PA. We will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items are stocked in every location! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible while also attempting to minimize costs.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order if you would like to make a change. We will then check to see if the order has already left our facility. If the order has already shipped out, you will have to wait until it is received, then return the merchandise that you wanted changed or place a new order for extra items. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to make any necessary changes.
Can I place an order outside of your office hours?
Yes. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day. Our customer service team is available by phone from 8am–5:0pm EST Monday–Friday.
What if I am Tax Exempt?
Currently ProductDisplaySolutions.com only charges sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses in GA. If this applies to you, and you have a valid government issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, we can create an account and add your tax-exempt form to your profile to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax. Accepted forms include (but are not limited to):
If you have already placed your order please write your order number on the top of your tax exempt form and email it to us at email@example.com.
If you would like to add your Tax Exempt form to your profile before ordering, please call us at 1.800.796.5324.
Please note: the address listed on the form must match either the billing or shipping address used for your order. If the tax-exempt form is received more than 90 days past the order date, we may not be able to credit the sales tax paid on an order, and you will need to request a refund from your State Department of Taxation and Finance.
