Freight Shipping Policy

Some of our products are too large to ship by FedEx or UPS Ground and must be shipped by freight/Truck. Freight/Truck shipments are also offered for certain combinations of products, larger quantities of products and for larger items that we have experienced significant damage when shipped by standard methods.

Freight/Truck shipments generally ship on a pallet and are delivered by a tractor-trailer and/or box truck depending on the delivery method selected.

Available Turck/Freight Shipping Options

  • TRUCK - COMMERCIAL ADDRESS - DOCK TO DOCK DELIVERY

    This is a standard truck or freight delivery. A raised loading dock is required at the delivery location. A pallet jack or forklift should be available for unloading of the truck. This delivery option is generally the lowest cost and provides the quickest delivery.

  • TRUCK - COMMERCIAL ADDRESS - LIFT GATE DELIVERY

    This delivery includes a truck equipped with a lift gate for lowering the pallet/crate to ground level. This is a one person delivery. This is suitable only when you have the manpower to bring the merchandise indoors yourself.

    This delivery method may Not be available for all items.

    Transit Time: 2-6 Business Days
    Delivery Location: Ground Level; Outside of Building
    Uncrate/Unpack: Customer's Responsibility
    Debris Removal: Customer's Responsibility
  • TRUCK - RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS - WITHOUT LIFTGATE

    This is a standard truck or freight delivery. Two or more people need to be available at the delivery location to unload the truck . A pallet jack or forklift should be available for unloading of the truck if two or more people are not available. This delivery option is generally the lowest cost for residential deliveries and provides the quickest delivery.

    This delivery method may Not be available for all items.

  • TRUCK - RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE - LIFT GATE DELIVERY

    This delivery includes a truck equipped with a lift gate for lowering the pallet/crate to ground level. The delivery driver will lover the plate from the truck to the curbside or a driveway.  This is a one person delivery and it is receptions responsible to move merchandise indoors.

    Uncrate/Unpack: Customer's Responsibility
    Debris Removal: Customer's Responsibility

Inspecting Freight/Truck Deliveries

When a freight order is delivered, please be sure to inspect your freight package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.

  1. Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there are no physical damages.*
  2. The material is strapped down to a skid and the material received matches your ProductDisplaySolutions.com packing slip.
  3. If your material has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt, take pictures and refuse the delivery.
  4. Additional fees apply if you wish to change your address once a shipment is already in transit.

Note: Damaged units MUST be reported within 24 Hours of receipt. * If you find minimal damage that will not affect the way the unit operates, you can make a note on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery.

Being Present For Freight/Truck Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s). Your email will contain an estimated delivery date. Please note that the date provided is an estimate, and you are not guaranteed delivery on this date. If you REQUESTED A CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY the freight company will call you at least 24 hours in advance of delivery to schedule a drop off time. If a CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY is not requested please refer to the tracking or call the freight company directly to find out the delivery date and time. It’s customers responsibility to keep up with delivery date and time in order to be present at time of delivery.

Note: If a delivery is attempted and no one is present to accept the delivery customer may be responsible for redeliver fee.

For those how checked out as guests please wait up to 24 business hours to receive confirmation email.  If more then 24th has passed and you haven received your tracking please contact our customer service team for more details on your order status.

What qualifies as a Loading Dock?

A loading dock is not the same as a receiving/loading area. An elevated commercial loading dock allows a shipping truck to back up and roll the pallet(s) with just a pallet jack.

What qualifies as a Commercial Address?

Only non residential business locations qualify as commercial locations. For example, your home, church, or school are probably considered residential deliveries.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We package and ship orders as soon as possible. Most orders received before 1:00 pm CST are shipped the same or next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order ships as fast as possible, ProductDisplaySolutions.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.that effect delivery time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A maximum number of day's any order shipped by Freight/Tuck can spend in transit is 6 business day assuming that the delivery is not affected by factors out of our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.that effect delivery time.

We utilize multiple distribution centers throughout the US and we ship from the closest center to you when possible. Not all items are stocked in every location! In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out individually from different locations and in other cases, we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible while also attempting to minimize costs.

Where does my order ship from?

Our main ship form location is Atlanta GA but we also ship from NJ, CA and PA. We will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items are stocked in every location! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible while also attempting to minimize costs.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

In most cases yes, Please contact our customer service team and we will help you arranging your own shipping.

Can I changing my orders shipping adress?

We are able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped at no charge if you contact us immediately after placing the order; please be prepared with your order number. At Product Display Solutions, we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, and your order could ship within a few hours of being placed. If we are contacted after your order has shipped there will be a $150.00 re consignment feed that is charged by the delivery company (FedEx and UPS)

Undeliverable Address or Refusal of Delivery

Orders or merchandise that is undelivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will make every attempt to correct an address or contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned, you will be credited for the order minus the return shipping cost unless the return is due to mistake of Product Display Solutions.
