SHIPPING DETAILS:
We understand that when you place an order, you want your items as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.
We will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible while also attempting to minimize costs.
A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
- Most orders received before 1:00 pm CST Time are shipped the same day or next day.
- We are closed Saturdays - Sunday and the clock on weekend orders starts on Monday.
- All order are shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground Service.
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES - PLEASE PROVIDE VALID STREET ADDRESS.

TRUCK - FREIGHT - LTL - SHIPMENTS:
- Orders that are unable to ship via UPS or FedEx do to weight/dimensions, will be shipped by common carrier (Truck)
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ORDERS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT:
- Have receiving labor ready at time of delivery for unloading the freight. Drivers are not obligated to assist
- Inspect the shipment for exterior and/or concealed damage while the truck driver waits.
- Signing for the shipment indicates acceptance of product and no damages found during inspection. Freight companies will turn down any further claims and there will be no recourse for broken or damaged items.
- If you decide to accept the shipment with damages, mark the freight bill DAMAGED and make sure the driver calls in for a claim numberĀ. This will help all parties in the case of a freight claims process.
- If you refuse the shipment, let us know immediately so that we can authorize a return to repair the merchandise.
RETURNS - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED - UNWANTED GOODS
Here at Product Display Solutions we do our best to supply you with the highest quality products at the best value for money to suit your exact specifications. We understand that from time to time you may have a need to return or exchange the goods you have purchased. We recommend that you keep all confirmation emails received from us and a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
RETURN POLICY:
- You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been used, altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
- To request a return, contact us or login to your account if you have one and click on the "Request Return" tab. Specific return instructions will be provided to you.
- If you choose to use the return shipping label provided by Product Display Solutions, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund, the cost of the label will be included in the return instructions
- If you return the item on your own, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and provide Product Display Solutions with the shipment tracking number. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
- Shipping cost paid to ship the item to you are none refundable (unless the return is due to mistake of Product Display Solutions )
- Refunds will be given as MONEY BACK.
Our return policy is subject to the following conditions:
If the goods you received do not meet your requirements or you have changed your mind you can return them to us for a refund or exchange. Unwanted goods must be returned at the buyers own cost with reasonable care taken to ensure they return undamaged. Before returning any goods we require written confirmation (this can be an email) within 30 days of receipt, we will then notify you when we have cleared the cancellation. A phone call is not considered acceptable for cancellations and we will not accept any cancellations by phone call. Any free items or gifts included in the purchase must be returned with the goods in order to receive a refund. We must receive the goods undamaged and in a resalable condition before a refund is processed, please note that refunds will be processed as soon as possible within 30 days of the cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will gladly honor your cancellation request, however please be aware that we try to ship as quickly as possible once your order is received and it is possible that your order may already have shipped by the time we receive any cancellation requests. If your order has not shipped when we receive your cancellation notice, we will cancel the order. If your order has already shipped by the time we receive your cancellation notice, then:
a) We will attempt to contact the carrier and have the item re-routed, or
b) The recipient should refuse delivery at which time it will be sent back to us.
Buyer will be responsible for all of the shipping cost. When the item is received at our facility, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping amount.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED POLICY :
We recommend that you inspect all goods on receipt and (if possible) refuse delivery if there is any noticeable damage.. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us right away (no more than 14 day's from the time of delivery). We will take the appropriate steps and send out a replacement free of charge. Defective and damaged items are not subject to refunds, only free exchanges.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong items we require that you contact us straight away in order for us to resolve the issue.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS OR REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:
Orders or merchandise that is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will make every attempt to correct an address or contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned, you will be credited for the order minus the return shipping cost.
