SHIPPING INFORMATION

We understand that when you place an order, you want your items as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.

We will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you. Naturally, not all items will be in stock in every location at all times. In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually, and in other cases, we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible while also minimizing costs.

Most orders received before 1:00 p.m. CST are shipped the same day or next day.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and the processing of weekend orders starts on Monday.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES—PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID STREET ADDRESS.

Delivery Times	1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Service Days	Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
Delivery Area	Available throughout all 50 states.

FedEx RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS DELIVERY DETAILS:
Delivery Times	1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Service Days	Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. FedEx Ground picks up packages Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area	Available throughout all 50 states.

UPS GROUND DELIVERY DETAILS

UPS BUSINESS & RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY DETAILS:
Delivery Times	1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Service Days	Monday–Friday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences and to business addresses during their normal business hours.
Delivery Area	Available throughout all 50 states.
